  • Where are your products made?
    We press all of our products as they're ordered in our shop in Virginia.
  • How are your designs applied to apparel?
    The method we use to apply all designs to apparel leverages specialized inks, pressure, and heat to create the final product. This is a high quality process that results in long-lasting and durable products that can last as long as silkscreened products. The designs are durable, stretchy, and super soft to the touch!
  • How should I wash my apparel?
    1. For best results, flip your garment inside out (if you forget this part, it's okay!) 2. Use mild detergent with cold water on a gentle cycle 3. To dry we recommend hang-drying, but a dryer works fine if you use a low heat setting
  • How should I wash my drinkware?
    We highly recommend hand washing travel mugs and water bottles, as the high heat from dishwashers can break down the designs and finish over time. If you do decide to use a dishwasher, products should only be placed on the top rack and we do not guarantee any outcome. Lids, caps, and straws are top rack dishwasher safe.
  • What brand do you use for your apparel?
    We use the most popular brands for our apparel, including Bella + Canvas, Comfort Colors, Gildan, Port & Company, Jerzees, etc. If you see a specific design, but want it on a custom color or a different brand shirt, please message us and we would be happy to accommodate any specific requests. Sizing details can be found within the description of each product.
  • What is the sizing like for your apparel?
    Sizing details can be found within the description of each product. If you would like to use our model for reference, Danielle is 5'5" and typically wears a size small.
  • Can I use your designs to create products of my own?
    All of our designs are uniquely created by us, or in partnership with one of our awesome co-designers. We have spent countless hours to create one-of-a-kind designs that you've never seen before, so please note that all of our designs are protected by copyright. This means that they cannot be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, etc.
  • Do you accept custom requests?
    Yes! We love getting the opportunity to create special products for our customers. If you have a request for a custom design, or want us to tweak an existing design for you, please Contact Us before placing an order. We can also put any of our designs on any piece of apparel. If you see a design you like, but want that design on a crewneck or long sleeve t-shirt, please Contact Us before placing an order. Depending on the request additional fees may apply, so we'll want to discuss this with you before an order is placed.
  • What is your production time?
    Orders are typically produced and shipped within two weeks from when an order is placed. Custom requests may take a little longer based on the request, but we'll communicate that to you when discussing your custom design. If you need a product sooner, please Contact Us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • How are your products shipped?
    We use the United States Postal Service to ship all of our orders and tracking numbers will be provided once an order is shipped. Please note that we are not responsible for items once they leave our shop. We will partner with you to help you file a claim with USPS if any items are lost or damaged during the shipping process.
  • Do you accept returns?
    We're so sorry something didn't work for you. Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of package and will be refunded based upon the original payment method. Gifts will be refunded in the form of store credit. After 14 days, your item is no longer eligible for return. Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No deodorant, makeup, perfume, cigarette smell, dog hair, or stains of any kind will be accepted. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Custom items (e.g., items customized with the name of your pet, custom design requests, etc.) cannot be returned.
  • What if my item arrived damaged?
    If your item arrived damaged, please Contact Us immediately so we can make it right. We will either replace your item or work with you to file a USPS claim if it was damaged during the shipping process.
